It's an efficient cloud-based PMS that centralizes your hotel management. It integrates a housekeeping management module that is very helpful to increase the productivity of your team, but alwo income management and Yield management modules.
The protel interface and integration capabilities make connecting the hotel property management system to our upselling platform seamless for all our protel pms customers. The protel on-premise and cloud solutions are robust and designed to enhance guest experiences.
Protel offers a great and easy integration tool with their messages option. This is fully customizable and works well with pre-set configuration to allow for seamless and accurate information sent to the guests.
We are a revenue management solution and have implemented 100 hotels with Protel so far. To onboard new customers, a structured process is followed which allows an easy implementation. The feedback and customer satisfaction from our joint hotels is amazing. Happy about this great partnership.
