Protel allows us a good analysis thanks to sharp and quality reports. The sales and technical team in France is very efficient and available by email and telephone. It is this relational and human aspect ...

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

What could be improved is the response time to ticket openings when we encounter a technical difficulty. An additional idea: that the technical support answers the phone except blocking problems.

- Very intuitive software - Pleasant interface - easy to use and configure - very few bugs - very responsive hotline in case of problems - regular updates

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The reports could be a little more concise and better laid out. Sorting the cardex could be better thought out.

Extras and modifications are generally chargeable but protel is always very accommodating. Everything else is perfect. Nothing else to say.

This system is clear, understandable and helpful. It can also connect the area of reservations as well as sales activities and banqueting activities.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Sometimes we have a problem with the speed of the system and generation of the reports but generally this system works very good.

What do you like most?

Overall fairly user-friendly PMS. I like navigator screen and profile with full history of each guest. Simple overview on the openig screen with Arr, GiH and Dep.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Trace created on Check-out should apear on invoice screen before payment not after the payment. There are some function, which could be visible in more fields.
