What do you like most?
For front office, I think check in and check out process is easy. Payment collection is also not complicated. Another thing I like is keeping customer information in CRM.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The application sometimes has problem with stability. It does not happen all the time, but when staff need to use it quickly, it can be inconvenient.
