What do you like most?
Intuitive, simple, efficient, and well-designed. Guests can view their purchases in the app via the PMS connection and, for example, cancel room cleaning. Menu creation is easy and incredibly fast.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Since the connection to PMS (hotel program) already exists, one could inform the guest that their room would be available for another night, for example.
