What do you like most?
I like HelloShift because working in the hotel industry, we get to communicate with all departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, etc. with such ease and efficiency.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
What could be improved is the ability to do more than just making notes, and tasks. Perhaps, putting priority options for tasks, font capabilities when typing, and calendar option.
