What do you like most?
- easy to contact - responsive - flexible - positive I like working with Travel Media Group and would highly recommend them to peers in industry.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- cost of service - technology I will always give cost as an area to improve unless the service is free. ;) I feel there is value but the correlation between guest reviews and revenue is not embraced by all C-level executives and to justify cost is challenging.
