What do you like most?
We have had it for almost 2 years. At first we had the typical and expected configuration problems (more due to others than Roommatik, who always solved the problems quickly), but it has been used for more than 350 times and we are happy! Whenever we have had a problem, they have attended to us within 24 hours and solved it, so the after-sales service works very well!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Well, the truth is that there is no significant improvement to ask for. The product is good, it works well and the after-sales service always responds efficiently and quickly.
