What do you like most?
It is very easy to navigate the system. Invoice entry is the best as you can leave scans for later and everyone can see them. The reports section is awesome. You can basically drill down on anything you want. I can run a report in just a few minutes so if an owner wants something right away it is no problem. I also like the ease of inputting journal entries and making them repeat or reversing them. Downloading payroll is as simple as downloading the template and copy and pasting from payroll. Hit the import button, attach the file and you are done. This is one of the easiest systems I have ever worked on.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
A dedicated help person would be great. I know when we have issues, which I can say is not very often, it would be nice to have just one person to call instead of getting someone that will have to forward us to someone else. Also, the time it takes to build a request is quite lengthy. So I would say that if anything having more people to build items when needed.
