What do you like most?
The ability to personalize guest journeys across multiple channels (email / SMS / WhatsApp) at scale. It is easy to use , the platform and team helps me to create specific campaigns based our customer data. It helped me drive more conversions on my campaigns.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I'd love to see more integrations with all possible systems I have, they have an open API and a lot of connectivity already, but would love to see more out of the box integrations.
