I like most that Bookboost Hotel CRM and email marketing is easy to use, you can use drag and drop, it's visual, and has high conversions (which you can track through the reporting features). And having the guest messaging and Hotel Guest App to communicate and engage all from one platform makes it a complete solution.

Overall I like most that Bookboost has found a way to offer relevant and easy to use Hotel CRM and email marketing functioniality. In addition we use guest messaging and Hotel Guest App to communicate, collect data, request and engage. It's a good solution.
