BookBoost does a great job of centralising guest data from multiple systems and creating a unique customer profile in their CDP that can then be segmented for marketing and guest communication. In addition, it has a wide variety of integrations to numerous software solutions.

Answer:

BookBoost has a very comprehensive and appealing guest journey offering. Hotels can schedule emails, SMS and Whatsapp messages based on customer segment, room type and many other parameters. This allows for very nuanced personalization of outbound communication.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Most hotels are overly reliant on OTAs to deliver new reservations from existing customers instead of building a guest journey that incentivizes loyalty and direct bookings. BookBoost can definitely help with improving LTV.
