What do you like most?
Hotel Key's Property Management System is one of the most configurable systems in the market. For a complex property like Evermore Orlando Resort, it has been absolutely vital to add functionality that accommodates our unique business model.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
While the system is very configurable, it never hurts to be more configurable. In the case of Hotel Key, the ability to have configurable reporting that gives the user the ability to combine tables that may be located in different "canned" reports into one report.
