I like most DNR option. we can train new employee in one day. 24 hours support team. All member are like it and they all are happy to get new system. They are happy to they don't have to pyping just scan id and get all customer data in system.

Easy access to available features but other than that there is nothing impressive, it takes long time to even print something because user has to click various tabs again and again.
