Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

If you are looking for a solution with core PMS capability or a comprehensive suite with affordability in mind- it would be a good idea to check it out. Mobile/tablet first approach is also a plus for HotelKey, giving more flexibility for operators.

Improve THE MUSIC. Bring in people to select the music while on hold … this is the request I have been vouching with customer service . Makes hold more fun

What do you like most?

Easy access to available features but other than that there is nothing impressive, it takes long time to even print something because user has to click various tabs again and again.

What do you like most?

The Hotelkey system is fairly easy for new employees to learn. Users that have utilized other PMS systems will have no issues.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The group functionality needs work. I would also like to see some additional operational reports developed regarding tracking day to day hotel operations.
