What do you like most?
We have seen quite of improvement in the BE and the service from support team is quite fast. So, bo complaint from our side.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The package options should be visible on the first tab instead of being placed in a separate tab. Alternatively, they could be offered as add-ons that pop up, giving guests the option to book extra packages designed by the hotel.
