What do you like most?
There is always someone available to chat with or talk with in person regardless of the question or topic. They are always friendly and want to make sure the systems are working the best for your specific lodge/resort. The staff identify potential software updates that might work well for your resort and reach out. We also very much enjoy the trainings the staff put on regularly. The topics are always current and the trainings are very informative. Recently there have been some updates to the platform that have really helped to make it more user friendly. The company listens to its users and updates the platform regularly to address any issues user have. Additional software is regularly added to the platform that makes RezStream more of a one stop shop which has been really helpful.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing! Love all interactions we have had with the staff and software. Their trainings are top notch and very helpful.
