Via a button in the notes field in the guest profile or reservation the staff can speak voice-to-text messages for guest or reservation notes. The GM/staff is in the breakfast room or somewhere around on the estate, he engages with guests and learns different things about them. The person won't rush back to a desktop to enter this information into the PMS, however they are usually carrying their mobile phones. With voice, they can launch the PMS on their mobile, speak into it and add a comment that is relevant for the reservation or the guest profile based on their recent engagement with the guest.
