What do you like most?
We love that Kollective are at hand to advise on any issues we have, be it edits on our website, suggestions for our social and digital marketing channels or issues with google maps and emails. Even if it is not part of the core services they are offering to us, they always have a solution!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Not a lot. We are a newly opened city centre hotel which brings a lot of challenges and a lot of competition. Kollective have been a solid partner for us through this process.
