What do you like most?
We use Hudini for our custom hotel app. It is heavily used by our guests for in room dining, service requests and online bills. Our staff loves the decrease in calls to front desk and guests know where to go to find out general information about the hotel and amenities. Our younger crowd loves the modern alternatives to having to call front desk for basic tasks that they can accomplish themselves through the app!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
For support, it would be extremely beneficial to have some kind of flag or alert set upto be able to notify the properties when issues arise such as integration sync issues from PMS to the app or issues with placing in room dining or service requests so we can be proactive rather than reactive when guests inform us of issues.
