What do you like most?
Getting to use a PMS that allows you to move around so easily. Everyone in my company is able to use it with no difficulty. It is very straight forward and in case of making a mistake, most of the time in can be undone.The way the booking engine can be set up makes attractive and its very easy to manage.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would improve the revenue management tool, implementing a bit more of yield management instead of just a pricing tool. It would be nice to have more options in the marketplace to integrate, more direct connections with OTAS.
