What do you like most?
It's a modern IBE with a beautiful design on desktop as on mobile. Most of our guests know how to use Simple Booking intuitively. The UX is mostly thought trough and always has the best conversion in mind. Uptime is great and if there should be a problem we get notified immediately. The Swiss customer service, the Bocco Group, does an outstanding job.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
An option for the guest to pay by payment provider OR just put in the credit card as a guarantee would be great. Right now, we have to choose between one of them for a rate. There is no option to put in a separate billing address or even a company name. As a city hotel with many business guests, this is a problem. We would also like to use our own URL, but we can't because of the way too high price for this. There is only a simple one time setup needed, and a TLS-certificate, that is available for free these days. A cost of CHF 300 setup and CHF 500 per year are not appropriate.
