We have several common customers in Italy and abroad using Simple Booking either as channel manager+booking engine or just as booking engine. We like the genuine care with which they built both products. We particularly appreciate the speed of sync, flexibility in rate plans creation and the abundance of channels connected for the channel manager. When it comes to the BE, we particularly like the flexibility when creating promotions, offers etc. their plenty of options in terms of payment gateways. Not to mention the excellent customer service.

Very good performence on the front end and easy to handle in the backend, exactly what we were looking for. Also the included offer tool is great and helps a lot in the busy times. They always improve to be at the top.

Sometimes wishes and improvements are taking some time to be implemented. But overall, I guess this is the same with all technical companies. The exchange of ideas however is always welcome and we have a very good communication.
Simple Booking is a very easy product to set up, has a very good telephone and email support service (including ticketing), but above all makes the user experience very easy. If I were a hotelier I would always choose Simple Booking.

Make sure you do A/B tests with other vendors to assess the USP of this product compared to others, in terms of value for money, return on investment, speed, customer service, increase of direct share of bookings, increase of brand reputation and revenue.

The backend honestly is so easy to use and you can do so many things on your own without a lot of explanations. Our costumers are very happy with the performance of Simple booking and recommend us very often to colleagues.
I think Simple Booking is a product that can increase hotel profitability because of its simplicity, both in terms of configuration and user experience. It adapts to any type of hotel, improves conversions and can be easily and quickly linked to OTAs.
