Ease of use: - it is intuitive, easy, immediate. Customer service is always available (which is no small thing). Integration with the PMS effective and without surprises. Video calls (which they call GYM) are often proposed to delve deeper into specific functions.

What does this product or service do well?

Answer:

We have several common customers in Italy and abroad using Simple Booking either as channel manager+booking engine or just as booking engine. We like the genuine care with which they built both products. We particularly appreciate the speed of sync, flexibility in rate plans creation and the abundance of channels connected for the channel manager. When it comes to the BE, we particularly like the flexibility when creating promotions, offers etc. their plenty of options in terms of payment gateways. Not to mention the excellent customer service.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

An excellent and user-friendly layout for the booking engine, with powerful functionalities that enhance the attractiveness and increase the conversion rate. This leads to higher direct booking share compared to other booking engines. The channel manager as well provides much needed flexibility for revenue managers in terms of rate plans, room types set up, connectivity with third party otas that usually other cm lack.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Make sure you do A/B tests with other vendors to assess the USP of this product compared to others, in terms of value for money, return on investment, speed, customer service, increase of direct share of bookings, increase of brand reputation and revenue.
