What do you like most?
With Booking Factory we can keep good overview of reservations ahead and what needs to be done to increase sales. We are part of the Partner plan and there we get the support we need to make sure that all OTA are properly connected and all websites up to date. Booking Factory has also made it possible to take advantage of other software available to us, like revenue management, upsale, and access technology. All to increase revenue and lower cost.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Reports can always be improved. Comparison with previous years would improve reports. Also the dashboard could be improved concerning the live feed of new reservations adding the date.
