What do you like most?
I have used Sojern for about 10 years across multiple hotels. One thing that has stood out about them is their ability to change their system to make it easier for me to reconcile and track information to make sure what they are tracking is accurate to the business I earned. For instance, they used to not have a way to keep track of what accounts have been reconciled or not. They changed their system to allow a check-mark way to keeping track. Then they advanced it to allow for easier tracking. It made the reconciliation so much easier at the end of each month. They are also very open to changes that we need to make ads run better - changing pictures, wording, and even speed of entry of words and pictures. They are easy to work with and good at explaining their abilities. Every property we have taken on over the years has eventually been brought to Sojern to market. One last thing - we don't have to pay anything until we can reconcile and track what they produced. It's not a PPC platform. We pay based on their performance!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I'm happy with everything they provide. I don't have anything they can improve at right now. We will continue to use them.
