What do you like most?
Breezeway has enabled us to prioritize property-specific preventative measures effortlessly. Its templates and auto scheduler simplify essential tasks, allowing seamless excution. The system’s adaptability to various business models has significantly improved our reporting, optimizing both maintenance and housekeeping departments.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Expanding Breezeway's inventory feature would significantly help our operations. Currently reliant on manual processes, an automated and comprehensive inventory system that enables QR scanning and precise tracking—would be pivotal for our growth. Also, addressing the challenge of billable time calculation precision without rounding off remains a concern. This is currently a manual process for us that has become time-consuming and is a major concer as we continue to grow our portfolio. We look forward to Breezeway's support in addressing these critical pain points. Breezeway has been a big part of our success so far and we hope that it will continue to be as our needs change.
