What do you like most?
An easy to use user-friendly interfaceReliable communication with OTAs in any situation, whether booked through OTAs, direct or through the booking engine.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Although for a hostel like ours it is meeting our expectations, improvements are always possible.E.g. percentage of occupancy on room calendar;In housekeeping separation by beds.Communication could also be improved. The changes in the platform happen and we only know when we check it.In our case the connection to CheckinScan.com would be a great advantage.
