Channel manager is easy to maintain as the rest of the system. Good support. Stable connection to the booking platforms.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Some little bugs (the booking engine looses often the dates "session expired" - even if you just starded, entered everything an click search. Then this can happen.)

As they catch up with new trends at first, it is fairly potent set of tools. There is a little need of improvement for PMS System, but they improve it regularly.
