The open dialogue and genuine desire to want to learn more about our business needs, followed by the creative thought process of product development to get us there has been quite refreshing and effective.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Frankly I am the one that needs improvement, as they offer so many great products to build on, I know there is more I CAN DO.
