What do you like most?
It is very user friendly, the time we save on compiling reports is amazing along with the rate recommendations which are so accurate. We have seen a great growth in revenue and our GM loves his access as the system clearly outlines where we are at at a glance. The support is second to none too.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As the system is being constantly updated with new features, we find ourselves part of the journey as Adrienne and the team constantly reach out to understand what we need from outr RMS.
