What do you like most?
ASA is user-friendly - even for people who do not come from the hotel industry and have no experience with a comparable program. We are a small family business and everyone here knows ASA!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We use ASA light and probably don't have as high demands on the hotel software as a larger company. So far (company has been open for 4 years) we have no suggestions for improvement.
