What do you like most?
What's particularly practical is that we can easily integrate additional services – from bread delivery to late checkout. This not only saves us work but also increases revenue. No paperwork, no stress at the reception (which we don't have anyway) – just a few clicks on your smartphone, and everything's done. We can send information and login details directly digitally, which saves us a lot of time and makes guests feel welcome before they even arrive at the door.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Check-in via LikeMagic works excellently. Push notifications directly to guest's smartphones and last-minute upgrades would be welcome. Otherwise, the check-in process is really great.
