What do you like most?
Software is quite user friendly. Quick response to questions, even when I do not expect a reply until the next business day. Response to clients suggestions/feedback. They work to improve their product based on those.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Scheduled Emails, would like to have more choice options of who to send. Setting up letters, would like to be able to have the ability to have an attachment.
