What do you like most?
Very bad experience. Cold shower. Our hotel has subscribed to maintenance for its TV heads and has paid a maintenance contract every month for 7 years. We have a problem with the equipment that needs to be changed. The company does not want to take charge. For them, the maintenance is only on a small part of the equipment, and there's nothing to indicate that. So there's a lot of arguing to do, which isn't in their favour. But it takes a lot of work to win the case. Their service is catastrophic and never available. I've lost count of the number of calls I've had and the number of people I've spoken to. There is no chance there are going to improve. They need a new mindset and respect clients, like we do in our hotel
