What do you like most?
What I appreciate the most is the ability to develop a complete 360° strategy with Amadeus. Working with them across all digital marketing competencies allows us to create strong synergies, maximize available resources, and ultimately achieve higher performance and more impactful results.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Throughout our years of collaboration with Amadeus, we have seen continuous enhancements that have translated into stronger results and a much more efficient way of working. One of the aspects we value most is their ongoing commitment to innovation, which consistently strengthens both client relationships and overall performance. If I were to suggest an improvement, it would be the addition of a dedicated account manager for web support, similar to the excellent support structure already in place for GMS and the Digital Media Agency.
