What do you like most?
Old Channel Manager, the new CRM doesn't work properly. The only thing they looking for is bookings form the Booking Engine, where they take a commission, and the obviosly create all the website and everything to increase this type of bookings, not the phone, not the CRM, nothing, just the BE so they can have a great commission doing nothing! I have worked with a lot of providers and channel manager, and no one ask a commission on direct bookings. Think careful about it. In addiotion they manage your ADS on Google, Bing and Trivago with an "illimited" budget, asking for an additional commision on this kind of reservation. In the real world the just menage some brand campaign with an unknow budget so everyone is searching for your hotel problably click on that ADS and you pay the same commission as any other OTA, with no advantage, no active ADS, no nothing, and if you try to create your own campaigns you have to bid avoid yourself! I definitly not recomand this company, it's near to a SCAM, no improvement, no credits, you can definitly do a better work with a lot of competitors and choosing someone that work for you and not just for himself!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Assistance, the channel manager is very old, based on Vertical Booking but in a way old version, you can't even do a serch for a resrevation based on the name! The CRM doesn't work most of the time, mail not sended, impoosibile to confirm or to click, everything is caotic. The website are builded with old template, they're not optimised for a phone user, and everything is created just for land on the booking engine, also the phone number is hided and difficult to find for a customer. It's based on a very old platform, you can't update with good resolution images because you have a limit of 500Kb for picture! My Nokia from 2005 can do better picture than this. As Said before I can't recomand this company you can do a way better work spending your money in so many other tools, website, campaigns and try to really improve your direct bookings.

Our team is always available to assist clients promptly whenever issues arise. - Our ADS campaigns use “unlimited budgets” only on our side, never on the hotel’s, and the hotel pays only when these campaigns generate bookings; tracking is handled through Google’s native systems and each platform’s official tools, and all activities are fully data-driven to keep acquisition costs at least below half of standard OTA distribution levels. - Websites can be built using one of our 11 customizable templates or fully custom solutions, depending on client preference. We create more than 300 websites per year: our experience and expertise enable us to create a wide range of solutions that suit the varying needs of properties of every size and type. - Our contract model is the opposite of a scam: the investment risk is entirely on our side, and the variable component is tied to growth goals that we agree together. This means we are paid only when the hotel achieves the results defined in advance, which is fundamentally the opposite of any misleading or opportunistic approach. It is also worth noting that the two colleagues from your same property rated our work 10/10, reflecting their satisfaction and results achieved.
