What do you like most?
We are a 5 suite guesthouse which means each guest has unique check-in requirements so each message is automated and tailor made for their needs. Akia manages all this for us without our input which has his freed so much time for other more important tasks such as addressing guest issues, marketing, and administration needs. Having standardized messages for common questions is a huge time saver. The other benefit is we are now offering product sales with them. Their customer service is very good. which is extremely important these days and everyone I've dealt with so far has been top notch.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There is definitely a user-friendliness challenge with the online interface. Akia has a ton of great features but it can be difficult finding them and working with them. It's a bit of a jigsaw puzzle. Semi-annual "refreshers" might be a good idea to expose users to the various features available.
