Te most I like is their hotel service. They listen to our suggestions and quickly resolve any issues. Overall, our experience is very satisfactory; it covers all the needs of our company in terms of online distribution.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would grant more permissions to advanced users and improve the agency rules. Almost everything we have suggested has been developed.
