Nothing to be honest. Their connections for their channel manager is pretty bad. Honestly, there are better channel manager out there with better connection and customer service. I am not being biased or anything but their customer service is really bad.

As a Revenue Management System (RMS), what we truly value about RoomCloud is its ability to act as a reliable and efficient bridge between pricing strategy and channel distribution. It particularly excels at real-time synchronization of rates, availability, and inventory across more than 400 OTAs, enabling any decision made within the RMS to be executed immediately and consistently across all channels. In short, RoomCloud excels at ensuring that the RMS strategy translates into real-world execution across channels: fast, automated, and without inconsistencies, which is where revenue is truly won (or lost).
