What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would propose reducing data incidences to 5% and establishing that discrepancy reviews are more accurate, with a range of 1-3%. This would involve adjusting control and configuration processes to be more agile, allowing errors to be detected and corrected more quickly and accurately, minimizing the impact on decision-making.
