HotelBuddy has been an excellent partner – we are very satisfied and highly recommend it to all hotels . Possible improvement of the HotelBuddy service: Sustainability features: Options that nudge guests toward greener choices (e.g., digital check-out receipts, in-app eco tips, towel reuse confirmations). We share these thoughts with the intention of supporting continuous improvement and because we truly believe in the value of HotelBuddy.
