Great experience so far with the product and the Aavgo support team (we have had the system for 60 days). We just recently rolled out the system and support was there at every step to assist. Review how this could improve you internal and guest communications as well as positive impacts on service.

What do you like most?
1. Streamlines our departmental communications. 2. Alows direct contact with guests and the front desk without tying up the phones. 3. Has features to drive social media reviews for our property.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We have not had any issues with the system thus far. The only challenges for the hotel have been guests unplugging the charger. Feature Request: Add more content to the tablet. Find a way for guests to check emails or surf the web would improve the experience.
