What do you like most?
I've been using the Channel Manager for years in various companies and am extremely satisfied with it. It's easy to use in the extranet, very reliable, and the support team is very helpful and competent. I highly recommend it!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Support also available on weekends, because the hotel industry also works on weekends, so we need to have the support in case of any problem.
