What do you like most?
We are a family-run, 57-room hotel in Piraeus, close to the port, and we don’t have a dedicated revenue manager, so we needed a tool that is simple and doesn’t take hours every day. RMS Lite does exactly that. After about a month of use, daily pricing takes us much less time than before, and we feel more confident in the rates we set. Setup was fast, we were up and running in around two weeks with good support from the Hotellab team along the way. The rate shopper is especially useful for us, since our guests are mostly ferry travelers and business guests and we need to keep a close eye on what nearby hotels are doing. For a small team, having clear recommendations and competitor rates in one place makes a real difference.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We are still in our first weeks with the platform, so there are features we haven’t fully explored yet. As we gather more data and get more comfortable with the tool, we expect to get even more value from it.
