What do you like most?
If there are every any questions on how we need to handle something, they are always very quick to respond and their techs are very well versed in the software. They not only address the issues you called about, but are pro-active in explaining any other issues that might arise.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
With some of the staff in Australia, the time change can be an issue. They do also have some technical support based in the US as well.
