What do you like most?
At artHOTEL Magdeburg, we've been successfully using a variety of technical systems for over a decade. Betterspace was the first one we had to discontinue due to constant malfunctions. Despite numerous reports and technician visits, the system remained unreliable. Handling customer complaints was uncoordinated and ultimately unprofessional. Our team incurred enormous additional costs, and guests had to be compensated. It's an experience I wouldn't wish on any colleague.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Transparent communication, honest handling of mistakes, and a genuine interest in problem-solving instead of empty promises and standard phrases. Technical support must not only react but also resolve problems permanently. Customer loyalty is not built through goodwill gestures with catches, but through functioning products and respectful interaction.
