In my case, support responded quickly and provided assistance. Tablet maintenance and content can be synchronized across all tablets via a backend, allowing for quick changes. The system is expandable with various add-ons, such as room heating control (a compatible PMS is required if you want to utilize the full functionality).

Unfortunately I can't say anything about it because support is rather difficult. The Energy is a good idea but getting replacement parts is difficult. The plastic parts are not suitable for commercial use.

Thanks to the connection to the hotel software, the room control now works almost completely automatically. Once the scenarios have been designed and created, it works optimally, so that the rooms do not have to be constantly personally checked and regulated, especially when occupancy is weak and fluctuating.

The heating is controlled, the guest information is always up to date and you can chat with the reception. The Menu is very simple and messaging works good. Guest can order in the Restaurant from the tablet.

Simple but efficient use . Good design and very endcustomer orientated.. Created in time where exactly this produced might be even more needed ( e.g. digital check in and or energy saving options in these high level cost period.

Partly not available at all. Communication between the different technical products e.g TV and Tablet with its use as remote control for example also hygienic aspect allows optimising of hygienical standard .
