What do you like most?
Implementing RevPlan is one of the most impactful changes we will make for our Revenue Management and Finance teams. We spent too much time in Excel changing forecasts each month for 21 months into the future. The time saved is major as well as being able to quickly model out scenarios as we are looking to renovate our properties.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We are looking forward to seeing the new Channel Segmentation functionality as well as get to room type levels of the tool. As an example: this will allow us to see what type of bedding we should put into our new hotel based on revenue growth aligned to our guest personas.
