What do you like most?
Nothing at all, it is rapidly getting worse and worse. American style company that thinks they are wonderful, but just wants as much money as possible and doesn't care about the customer.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Everything! This software used to be adequate and not too badly priced. Now every time the do an "update" without warning you, it just gets worse. It is forgetting menu items after you click away from them - they just disappear until you log in again. Reports are inaccurate and often default to completely useless settings. For example the RMS Pay settlement report defaults to the previous month and summary mode. Completely useless as the only purpose of the report is to verify the last settlement! Settlements (which come extremely late EVERY time) are daily, so the report should default to the last settlement which is often up to six days ago. The tariff manager is extremely difficult to use. The RMS POS doesn't integrate properly with RMS and stock items do not appear on the invoice - guest buys two different beers, several different cocktails, vodka & rum and two completely different bottles of wine in the bar during their stay and the invoice just shows beer, spirits, cocktails and wine - bottle and a total for that subsection, not the actual items purchased so the guest can easily verify it was what they actually purchased. Then we try to ask why these problems occur - the help desk is useless, they always know nothing and "escalate" the query - then you either hear nothing, or some flannel about systems and how they are trying to help. Then they have the nerve to charge a fortune and NEVER offer a rebate when the regular and inevitable problems occur after every update.
