What do you like most?
What I like most is its ease of use and intuitive interface, especially for managing the channel manager and booking engine. It makes managing reservations, rates and availability simple and efficient.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The mobile app needs significant improvement. Many essential features are not available, such as modifying reservations, changing prices and managing guest experience interactions, including replying to guests while controlling the AI phone assistant. In Cloudbeds itself, the information search could be more intuitive, with less irrelevant information and a clearer interface. Changing prices in the base rate plan is also too time-consuming. It would be much more efficient to select a date range directly from the calendar and apply price changes, similar to how Beds24 works.
