What do you like most?
I appreciate the helpful and good support. The system is very logically structured and can be understood very quickly with little time effort. It is also intuitive to use.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Originally, we had different double occupancy surcharges on weekends than during the week. We now had to standardize this for Happy Hotel. I would have expected a bit more flexibility here. However, it is not a big deal now.
