What do you like most?
What I like most about Pricepoint is the impact it has had on our business. In the first year alone, it improved our revenue by roughly 50%, which completely changed the way we think about pricing and revenue management. It has allowed us to react to demand dynamically and operate with a level of sophistication that would have been almost impossible to manage manually.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I’m especially excited to see how Pricepoint continues to develop automation around length-of-stay requirements. That feels like one of the biggest remaining opportunities to further optimize revenue, and I think having smarter LOS automation integrated directly into the platform could be incredibly powerful for operators like us.
