What do you like most?
Right now I wish not having Cloudbeds as my booking engine. Future customers are getting calls to pay ahead or they are loosing their booking. It is linked to the Cloudbeds email address.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I wish I could talk to a live person. We need help quickly and often have not the time to wait until an email gets answered.
