Allows a easier way to communicate with guests. Also, Duve increases the possibility of upsell and cross sell and that is very valuable.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It needs several 'tweaks' until the IA starts to do its jobs correctly (which is understandable). Everything else works properly.
